As an intensely curious person who is both passionate about learning and technology, I find great satisfaction in helping people improve their knowledge, skills and abilities. I’m experienced with all aspects of training. from performance improvement and change management to coaching and training delivery. As a trainer, I’ve put effort into constantly improving my own performance and am currently pursuing my CPLP certification. I enjoy solving problems creatively and love learning independently and with others. I have created a comprehensive technical training on-boarding program and ongoing trainings that has helped DreamHost technical support team to consistently maintain some of the industries highest customer satisfaction metrics. Prior to managing and facilitating all aspects of DreamHost’s technical training, I worked in technical support and training roles in the information technology and hospitality fields.
