Wills Crump

Wills is an Associate with international law firm CMS CMNO, specialising in pensions. He has a background in not-for-profits as well as experience in the insolvency, retail and financial services sectors. Wills advises on all aspects of pensions law and has experience of acting on a range of private and public sector matters. Examples of recent work include: assisting on a scheme merger, assisting on a closure to accrual project, advising an employer in relation to the auto-enrolment compliance of its DB scheme, drafting admission agreements with regards to participation in public sector schemes and advising an employer on the pensions implications of a cross-border secondment. Wills also delivers client training. Previously, Wills was a member of the team that won Insolvency Team of the Year at the Insolvency & Rescue Awards 2013. Wills is committed to philanthropy and is actively involved in supporting a number of local and national charities with his time. He is also a trustee-director of his local church (www.gatewayleeds.net). In his spare time, Wills is passionate about cooking, travelling and following Newcastle United. He also loves music and has DJ'd for over 10 years.
