#theinsurancesheriff was Born and raised in Brandon, Mississippi, I studied at Ole Miss and graduated with a degree in marketing in 2002. I met my wife, Gretchen, shortly after college, and we have been married since 2007. Gretchen is a sixth grade math and science teacher with the Richardson School District. She won STARS teacher of the year for Richardson School District this year. I began my career in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster for Allstate in 2004. In 2009 we relocated to Dallas to join Allstate’s insurance fraud department. As we explored our new home state, we were drawn to the City of Richardson and settled in the Canyon Creek neighborhood. With my knowledge of insurance and experience handling claims, I opened the Canyon Creek Insurance in August 2014 in Richardson, TX.
