I have experience working in both Faith Based and church organizations. My portfolio has been around: Leadership development, training, curriculum writing, mentor-ship, pastoral care and strategy development. Through this period, I have gathered knowledge and developed skills in people development, policy and processes modeling in organization. This has heightened my commitment to have people focused organizations, and efficient processes and systems to aid attaining organizational goals. I am looking to continue engaging in community transformation spiritually, socially and economically through an organization that responds to the needs of the society relevantly by giving my skills in management, leadership development, training, teaching, discipleship and writing relevant user-friendly curriculum.
