I have around 14 years of total experience in Production Support & Enhancement, involving in Estimation, Planning, Impact Analysis, Coding, Testing, Issue resolution, Delivery of service request, Bug fix, Minor & major Enhancements, Performance tuning. I exhibit expertise in Supply chain management process and Manufacturing Logistics practices.Proficient in Mainframe Technologies with area of expertise including Z/Os COBOL,VSAM, JCL, TWS and Fujitsu mainframe. I’ve strong Software Engineering skills and conversant with all phases of Software Development Life cycle. I’ve trained and experienced in Time management, SIAM (Six Sigma Integrated and Application maintenance) process and also had the responsibility as the SCM (Software Configuration Management) Coordinator.
