My expertise is in the area of coaching teams and organizations to become more agile with lean and delivering projects the lean-agile way, in other words leading individuals, teams and organizations to the next level of performance. Having had 15 years of experience in Service, ICT and software development companies, I enjoy delivering results in challenging conditions. In the past 10 years I focused on transformations by taking the lead in transformation programs, by having responsibility at management level and by coaching and training quite a number of individuals and teams.
