I have over 12 years of experience in technical writing (also information development or user assistance) with a substantial network of KONE, HP, and SAP. I consider myself extremely lucky! My career allowed me to meet extremely exciting, smart, and professional individuals every single day! This clearly boosts and inspires me! My work is my passion. And I love to meet my customers’ needs by delivering complete and user assistance content with consistent look and feel, including both documentation and multimedia to help them implement and adopt the company’s products and services. I also deliver trainings to peer technical writers about technical writing tools and guidelines and get inspirations from their marvelous questions.
