Winnie Robertson

As a young engineer I am always seeking a challenge and opportunities to learn and diversify my skills. My roles have ranged from tendering through to field engineering. Being involved in the execution of this work has strengthened my teamwork and problem-solving abilities as well as broadened my communication and time management skills. This experience has exposed me to many facets of successful construction work and these factors along with my initiative, creativity and willingness to learn have enabled me to grow professionally. As a result of growing up in many different countries I adapt well to new environments and I actively pursue the continual development of my leadership skills. I enjoy being at the forefront of discussions and taking on responsibility whilst working closely with others.
