A Visual Content Specialist with an experience leading and collaborating with creative and video technical team, who recently branching out as Project Manager in a Video Games Company , then freelancing in Social Media Development & Project planning. Previously, as a Video Producer, I am used to managing several audio visual projects starting from the content planning up to the editing review, for both local and regional clients, all with differing timelines on daily basis. Along the years, I have worn many different hats. Ranging from art history lecturer to a printed caricature-pillow maker. I studied, volunteered, and worked in 3 APAC countries: Indonesia, Korea, and Australia, hence I have met and collaborated with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, which have now become part of my extensive network. As a person, by nature, I am creative yet analytical, but I am a resilient and resourceful person by training. I seek to understand my team strengths and elevate on that, on the other side I observe patterns, trends, and data to create a strategy that fulfils the client's need. Within a team, I am a versatile player that can be the 'turbulence' needed to break the status quo or 'the trustworthy anchor' for the team in times of turmoil. All in all, I am a person who will bring all of myself (my networks, skills, experiences, growth mindset) to what I do, wherever I am, just because I can.
