Was an assistant manager of bioinformatics department with a focus in algorithm and bioinformatics pipeline development for diagnostic oncology panels as well as oncology production quality control criteria setting. I has led a bioinformatics team being in charge of software development, maintenance and software quality assurance. In addition, we serve strong support to internal departments of the company, i.e. Laboratory RD, production line, medical scientists, technology transfer, regulatory affairs and business development to achieve the highest efficacy in product success. Before joining ACT Genomics, I had 5 years of experiences in machine learning, 15+ years of experiences in simulation, modeling, computational biology and bioinformatics. As being an assistant manager, I have 1 year of experiences in bridging gaps between bioinformatics department and internal departments in the company.
