For the last 5 years I am looking after Pharmaceutical Water Systems in GMP API manufacturing.I found Water Systems very interesting and decided to progress my career to develop myself into an expert in this area. My achievements so far:• Successful biofilm remediation of Pharmaceutical Water Systems using Ice Pigging technology provided by Suez Water Technologies and Solutions for the first time in GMP Pharmaceutical industry (responsible for methodology development, planning, documentation creation, supervision and execution of remediation activities).• Creation, development and successful implementation of new method of Sanofi Pharmaceutical Water System chemical cleaning of generation equipment. New method allowing to perform all cleaning activities during API manufacturing without any interruptions to production activities.• Optimising chemical sanitisation process of distribution loops reducing the time of this activity from approx. 23h to 17h. API manufacturing downtime reduced.• Introduction of aseptic approach towards invasive works on Pharmaceutical Water System (reducing contamination risk).• Introduction of Reverse Osmosis normalisation and Electro Continuous De-Ionisation units performance monitoring tools.I have done or in the process of doing it of various courses to increase my knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Water Systems (see my profile for details).I'm open to new challenges and very keen to learn more...
