I am a confident, experienced, team player with extensive coaching experience as a trainer in Ghanaian Junior and Senior High Schools as a Science Educator and Trainer. My interest is in improving assessment in schools to benefit teachers, students, parents and other stakeholders in education; developing skills in the practice of science education and sustainable environment. I serve as mentors for newly qualified teachers who desire to improve their teaching skills and climb up the ladder as fast as possible. I am a confident person who is able to motivate and inspire both students and colleagues to achieve their stated objectives and improved outcomes.
