Wyatt Breum

While working as an owner, project manager and superintendent for nearly 30 years and having built close to 2 million million square feet of single family, multi-family, flex, industrial, medical, educational and retail space; Wyatt brings a proven track record of successfully assembling teams and delivering large, complex projects. He has spent more than 25 years in the Denver area building lasting relationships with stakeholders, clients and subcontractors. Most recently as a project superintendent he has overseen the completion and turnover of Denargo III, A 500,000+ square feet, 337 unit, 7 story wrap Prescient frame over a 1 story post tensioned podium apartment building in the Rhino Arts District in Denver, Colorado. He has also overseen and managed several substantial capital improvements projects along the way to include the 410 17th Street lobby repositioning project, the Aurora Medical Campus South repositioning project and the repositioning of a four story occupied medical office building on the Swedish Medical campus. A few of his past clients also include the State of Colorado, Raytheon Corporation, Ardent Mills, Nissan Corporation, Lockheed Martin, United Launch Alliance, FEDEX and Littleton Public Schools. Wyatt is currently assigned as a project superintendent to Denargo IV, a 17 story, 12 over 5 Prescient/ post tensioned podium apartment building.
