Xander Caven

I am a motivated individual who looks to see the best in the world. Born and raised in the Denver area, I have seen first hand how quickly the city has developed over the last 20 years. As the city grows, the people grow with it. Denver is home to one of the fastest growing economies in the world and I am glad to be at the center of it. I have always been an industry driven individual. That is why I choose to specialize in the manufacturing sector. Throughout the years I have gone from a parts clerk to assistant supervisor and many in-betweens. Somehow, I always end up back in the warehouse, either helping the employees around me or helping various groups organize their inventory. I am a strong believer in having hobbies outside of work. My main hobbies include music and coaching at the local high school. I grew up playing music and still love it to this day. That love is what fuels my passion as a coach. I am currently the director of color guard at Prairie View high school and I can say that I truly love every second of it. Being able to change the lives of the next generation just as my coaches did for me is my motivation to continue to strive for excellence as a coach. I attempt to change the world any way that I can, even if the results are not instant.
