I define myself as an entrepreneur, currently leading Globick in a mission to transform the distribution of attractions, tours and activities.What a better way to explain who I am by summarising some of my beliefs after having founded 3 companies, lead dozens of teams and signed deals with partners, clients and suppliers.- "Win-win" over "Win-Lose" relationships with suppliers, employees, partners and shareholders regardless of your position of power.- Accountability and self-responsibility defines the best performers.- Attitude over knowledge.- Teams over Individuals, but building a great team is very hard. Try it until you make it right.- Embrace diversity of personalities and opinions. Get ready to be challenged and accept it.- Listen a lot ; talk less.- Respect the ones who have done it before you and probably better than you.- Identify the ones that will always be there, the ones that you look to when problems arise. Be generous with them.I also love to humbly pass some of my experience to new generations, by mentoring some startups and by lecturing in 2 of my biggest passions : Sports and Technology.
