Passionate about software engineering, I held the roles of developer, architect, and manager up to CTO and Chief Software Architect within various organizations ranging from startups to large companies. My experience working in Sales (for AWS) as also being an important part of how I think about business today. I led teams of up to 50 developers and made them thrive to deliver together at fast pace using modern methodologies. I like to foster talents, to provide opportunities for everybody to learn and thrive. Setting up an open minded, collaborative culture that put the emphasis on high standard is what I do in my orgs. I decline the strategic business vision of the company into an actionable roadmap and an architectural vision. I have a "fullstack" operational experience from system administration, front and back web development, to mobile and embedded systems. This experience was built on systems with several million requests per day, hundreds of thousands of users and very tough SLA. I have a sense of customer service, I attach great importance to product. I value functions outside of software engineering at the same level as engineering and I believe in diversity and inclusion values.
