XQ believe that his work speaks for itself but here are some of the key highlight of his professional career. Having spent years in the construction industry across various roles, (*supplier -> consultant -> contractor), he has a good understanding of what it takes to make things happen on site. This is demonstrated clearly where he is often sent to solve issues and resolve problems, coming up with win win solutions for everyone. His reputation even got him seconded to the Europe team of his company in London to resolve a problematic site. He managed in the end to salvage the professional relationship with the client and put the project back on its path of closing out. In recent years, XQ have been working intensively on Data center projects first as a contractor then turned consultant based on recommendation. XQ current role as commissioning manager require XQ to work well with partners to deliver quality datacenter projects. XQ involvement in Data center projects also led him to achieve Data Center Specialist - Design Engineering certification from DCPRO. XQ believes in the unique attributes each individual possess and is always eager to learn more. As such, he enjoy meeting people from all walks of life to learn from them and take time daily to prowl the net or library for interesting ideas and knowledge to absorb.
