Xiomara Maritza Greene

I am a 27 year old Dominican woman, raised in the United States. I attended Franklin Fine Arts Center for my primary education, UIC College Prep, a Noble Street Charter School campus on Chicago's south side for my secondary, and have attended Northeastern Illinois University and Wilbur Wright College respectively as post-secondary education choices. I took a gap year to focus on helping my family make ends meet. In the future, I would like to return to school, keeping in mind my aspirations to improve my writing, social skills, and special skills that have proven to be useful and gradually improving with my work experience. I am the eldest daughter to a recent widow, who later remarried and is currently working hard to provide for myself and my younger brother; however, I continue to work to support my family alongside her and my stepfather. My hobbies include reading, writing, yoga, exercise, learning to cook, novice photography, and attending festivals in my free time.
