-12 years’ drilling experience, including 6 years’ offshore drilling experience, 6 years’ oversea drilling. -Worked in CNOOC as drilling supervisor (Company man). -Experience of completing the drilling programs of HTHP wells, have the experience of being a drilling supervisor of HTHP wells. -Participated in WeiZhou, WuShi, JingHe, and YaCheng exploration project, WeiZhou production project, DongFang HTHP well project, worked as drilling supervisor. -Participated in ShanXi unconventional resources project, worked as drilling supervisor. -Participated in GAZPROM Badra project in Iraq, worked as Senior Well Engineer/Drilling Supervisor.(Deep well, complex well profile, wells were constructed with seven casing/ liner strings) -Participated in Petronas Garraf project in Iraq, worked as Senior Well Engineer. (High deviated cluster wells, inclination around 70deg.) -Proficiency in LANDMARK software. (WELLPLAN, COMPASS, StressCheck and etc.) -Proficiency in SLB drilling software DOX. -Active in work, good at learning and thinking. -Good analytical and solving skills of problems. -Responsible, conscientious, earnest and friendly to colleagues.
