I am a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience as a Senior Marine Surveyor and Founder Member and Director of Holding at Petro Inspect Panama. With a proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating operations across Latin America, South America, and the Caribbean, I have supervised numerous bunker operations, conducted comprehensive Condition Surveys, and provided effective loss control services. In addition to my leadership role, I have played a key role in hiring and training new surveyors and managing the day-to-day operations of the company.My extensive expertise has enabled me to recover over 1000 tons of undeclared marine fuel, prevent bribery on board vessels, and avert numerous cappuccino bunkers. I have a wealth of experience in marine refueling and bunkering worldwide, including in Panama, Jamaica, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Haiti, St. Eustathius, Malaysia, and Singapore.Moreover, I have conducted general condition surveys and crane reliability surveys for Bulk Carriers and Container Vessels, and I am experienced in VGP/BWTS testing.
