Have been working at Transcom Group (Transcom is one of the leading and fastest growing diversified business houses in the country employing over 10000 people) as a Manager - ERP, of software development, customization. In parallel, I am working to implement a world-class BI tools QLIKVIEW in Transcom Group as a Project Lead of Prothom Alo. Experienced on development and implementation of the systems in Group (Prothom Alo, ABC Radio, SKF, PEPSI, Tea Garden & so on). Developed a Tea Garden Management Software (TMS) which is running at tea gardens of Group. Also developed an Advertisement Management System & Sales and Distribution Management System which are running at Prohtom Alo. I have high-quality knowledge on software development and most importantly implementation issues. My concept on ERP (Sage ACCPAC, an international enterprise solution) applications with database interaction is outstanding. I conducted series of Software Development projects & trainings for diffident level of organization and staff members of Group. Through my work I have learnt how to transmit theory into practice. I know clearly the position and principles of an IT Professional including their needs in different areas and business operations. Have demonstrated proven success in managing projects and programmers requiring high analytic capability and excellent interpersonal relationship with leadership quality, team building and effective communication skills. Foreign Training: I have participated on different Training and conference in different countries (Malaysia, Thailand, India and China) to learn the following area Sage ACCPPAC customization and enhance by SDK & VBA Macro. Process mapped and learned NewsWrap (Newspaper Editorial System) software.
