Yana Naumova

Since January 2022, I have been based in Australia as a full-time student at Torrens University Australia, doing a dual Master's degree in Global Project Management and Public Health. I am combining studies with my current position as a Settlements officer at an Australian Fintech company OurMoneyMarket. Back in Kazakhstan, I had more than seven years of experience in customer service and sales support. I worked for large Insurance, investment and pension funds. Moreover, I worked for the sole authorised wholesale distributor of Chevron and Texaco lubricants and greases in Kazakhstan for three years. I was responsible for the full supply chain of goods from the US, Europe and UAE to customers in Kazakhstan, which were major mining and oil companies. I also supported our branches in developing sales agreements and preparing necessary details for the participation in tenders. I am an open-minded, reliable and highly motivated employee always willing to learn. Numerous awards and recommendations from previous employers attest to my commitment to work, customer-oriented attitude and focus on the result. My active life position, healthy curiosity, and openness to new things guide me through life, assisting me in developing and improving professionally and personally. For instance, I am a current member of the donor community in Kazakhstan and Australia. Moreover, travelling, snowboarding, hiking and paragliding are some of my hobbies.
