-Criminal Justice Graduate at CSU Los Angeles-Currently a Home Health Coordinator (former Medical Transcriptionist) responsible for submitting orders for supplies and/or other services for home care patients per doctor’s requests-1+ years experience as a Customer Service Representative in the medical device industry where I was the main contact for customers responsible for creating positive experiences and working closely with administration on a daily basis. -9 months experience as Warehouse Associate/Shipping Clerk in online clothing retail industry working with the Fulfillment by Amazon Team. Also assisted the office staff on a daily basis and the Groupon Team when necessary.-4 years experience as Cashier/Crew Member in food industry working independently under minimal supervision to ensure successful operations. Main responsibilities included daily face-to-face customer service, food preparation, money handling/transactions, and maintaining clean presentable environment.
