I have done bachelor's of Business Administration. Currently working as a Process Developer at Genpact in a process of a UK Based Bank. I am part of onboarding team where we perform EDD, CDD, AML, Transaction monitoring and taking care of all the client esclations and query mailbox where we received different kind of requests and complaints. Apart from processing i also take cares of all reports like Daily EOD to client, SLA report weekly Reporting, Monthly productivity reporting, Randomly Audits of teams to enhance and maintain the quality and SME (Subject Matter Expert) where i give training for the new hires as if now i trained 25 new hires. Achievements-Consistent top performer of the team, Lean Certified, Got few awards for my good work ie., Rising Star of the Month, Rockstar Rookie, Perfect Presence, Successfully transformed one project that is appian.
