Today Tandembox for Drawers has become a Generic name like what Bisleri is to Mineral Water thanks to work done through extensive Advertisement, Exhibitions & visits to every Nook & Corner of India. Developed the very first line of Distributors - most of them are active till date. 1) Started working when I was 18 years old in 1980 with Siemens in Maintainance Department & then worked as Production Engineer in Plastics Shop. When I was Nineteen handling workforce of around 90 people. Was trained in Siemens Germany when I was 22 in Moulding of Engineering Plastics & Introduced perhaps the first machine from Klockner Ferromatik in India. Did very first trials of Recycling of Thermosets in 1984 which was Introduced much later by Siemens Germany. 2) Production Manager of Greenfield stretch Blow Moulding plant of Pressman Leasings introduced stretch Blow Moulding of PVC. Was trained in Battenfeld Germany. 3) As Section Head of Switchger Process Development for Plastics Introduced Thermal Analysis for Thermoset Materials. Was trained in Dupont USA, Bucher Guyer Switzerland, GE Plastics Holand, Menzolit Germany, Arburg Germany. Introduced Concurrent Engineering Concept in L&T. Improved productivity through high temperature moulding of thermosets reducing cycle time. 4) As Founding Managing Director of Phoenix Mecano developed IP65 enclosures in Alu Diecasting & Unsaturated Polyester for Export to Rose Gehausetecnik Germany, Introduced for the very first time Motorised Drives for Hospital beds from Dewert Germany, Automation Profiles from Rose & Krieger Germany.
