Following a successful carrier of product leader with proven record of driving and implementing strategies to increase revenues and market share, working in a project management role for the past 9 years. Started as a scientist and developed as a sales specialist aligning R&D solutions from both supplier and customer sides. Finally evolved in a leadership role, hereby managing an international team of product specialists while keeping a clear focus on country specific business development. Skilled in clarifying issues, advocating solutions to internal and external customers, gaining cross-functional support and decision-making in projects and project management activities.
