Starting off my career journey as an int'l Account Manager, I realized one thing straight off: Whichever path I take for my career, it should be dynamic and alive within which creativity, soft skills & intellectual competencies equally count. In other words, if professional life was a play, I had to take part on the stage rather than staying behind the scenes. After having my MBA degree from Istanbul University, the opportunity to grow alongside with professionals within a globally established corporate culture arrived: Being a part of sales and marketing team at such a long-standing company like Siemens has undoubtedly offered me an amazing working environment for my career development where I have been blessed to have the opportunity for constant learning and countless career opportunities when/as I need. Being a life-long learner is among the identificatory values in my life. Academically, I aim at continuously cultivating my knowledge in marketing discipline & contributing to the body of knowledge. Professionally, I aim at growing my career in marketing positions with an effort for consequently achieving to be both a professionally and academically good marketer. On an academical note, I have completed my Ph.D. In Marketing, specializing on Brand. I truly believe that creating/maintaining/being a strong Brand is ever more important for each and every business today. As a business, your brand is the most important thing that defines "You" standing for your values, customers' perceptions, identity and what You claim to do.
