Yekaterina Shterenberg

My name is Yekaterina, but professionally most know me as Katie. I have more than a decade of experience in property management. My career in property management began after I graduated college and began working at a boutique property management firm in Manhattan as an administrative assistant. While working at the same firm, I later took on a role of a closing agent, got involved in being an assistant property manager and was further promoted to a property manager. Being employed by a small firm allowed me to learn all facets of property management by working from the bottom up. Although I never considered working in the field of property management initially, I really enjoy my line of work. I am committed to being an effective and proactive manager. I am also dedicated to maintaining great relationships with my superiors as well Boards and residents whom I service. Each day offers a new set of challenges as well as valuable learning opportunities, thus I am eager to continue evolving and growing as a professional. I hope that I will be able to utilize my knowledge and experience to continue to flourish in this field. In terms of my educational background- I hold a Master's Degree from Zicklin School of Business BA with concentration in Management and a BA with management major from Baruch College .
