• 25+ years of professional experience, of which 13 years are at the World Bank. • Strategic leader managing large global teams with diverse areas of expertise including finance, economics, legal, procurement, contract management, social, environment, gender, diversity, citizen engagement, climate, HR, administration, as well as sectoral specialists. • Handling multi-billion-dollar programs (US$ 5 billion) ,complex operations such as investment lending, technical assistance and advisory work at all stages ranging from policy dialogue, business development, preparation, negotiations, Board presentation, successful implementation / construction to closing. • Has led senior level policy dialogue with the government, stakeholders and development partners in various areas such as energy, climate, decarbonization, sustainability, just transition, digital, FCI (finance, competitiveness and innovation), transport, manufacturing, IPG (infrastructure finance, PPPs and guarantees), which can easily be replicated to other sectors. • Solid understanding and knowledge of the SDGs and MDB requirements. • Demonstrated strong team leadership and interpersonal skills, client orientation and strategic policy dialogue with the government and the stakeholders.
