Yiannis Androulakis

I have over 16 years of working experience in basic and applied research which I am currently utilizing at Gentherm. Using advanced statistical methods and machine learning I study the interactions between the human body and the automotive seat. My scientific foundation is physics. Early on I focused extensively on the study of semiconductors. Over the years I have closely collaborated, with solid state chemists, theoretical physicists, electron microscope experts, metallurgists, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers. That interaction has allowed me to contribute on a number of diverse and challenging scientific and engineering projects and take up lead roles in research teams that have provided innovative solutions to demanding problems.
