I am eager to make an equitable society through an innovative approach, which can be partnerships, digitalization, policy transformation, and business sustainability. I started my career in the Private sector mostly focusing on global telecom alliances, digital goods projects with multi-sector partners in and out of Rep. Of Korea. To understand the international community, I pursued my study in economic and political development and public policy at SIPA. Engagement in a Public-Private Partnership project in Bangladesh and extensive knowledge of communication at Korea Telecom(KT) led to consultancy opportunities in an international NGO and inter-government agency. Thanks to work with these organizations along with my study at graduate school, I became a development practitioner who understands the importance of strategic and reliable monitoring/evaluation systems, and analytical skills. I served as a Planning & Monitoring Specialist for UNICEF Bangladesh office. I contributed to UNSDCF, programme momitoring, and work planning/reporting as well as Innovation initiative case building.
