My major focus has been the research & development of manufacturable processes of high-quality high-κ dielectrics and metal gate thin films for advanced microelectronic technology (gate-last and FinFET). Also, I have worked on improving the integration scheme of replacement metal gate module to boost device performance and reliability. During my Ph.D. Career, I have been working on atomic layer deposition (ALD) of lanthanide-based high-κ material for gate oxide applications in microelectronics.I am also involved in other projects such as Cu interconnections and transparent conductor oxide for flexible devices and solar cell applications.
