As a lead planner at TBG Partners, I conduct advance professional planning services and management on a variety of planning projects from three acre infill sites to larger Traditional Neighborhood Developments. I perform site planning concepts and presents to clients. Being detailed focused allow me to lead negotiations on planning amendments and city entitlements. My diverse skill set allow me to work in the entire design process from project kickoff, public input meetings, site analysis, conducting studies of the site, and assessing a site's potential to meet the client's specifications. Experienced with thoughtful approach on collecting statistical data and prepares reports and maps on topics such as census information, land use, and end user preference survey. I manage the planning process for a variety of projects, attend client/ public meetings and provide planning suggestions, oversee the process of preparing city framework plans and regulating submittals, rezoning documents, and plan development documents. I examines project billing, ensures deadlines are met, and coordinates other professionals on the project. I often act as liaison between community groups, government agencies, developers and elected officials in developing neighborhood plans, supervise the planning team and give directions, and coordinate the work of team members and interns. In addition, I prepare and assists in leading design charrette workshops with developer, home builder, designer, and municipal staff and officials to develop and refine the overall project vision. I also work on generating new business opportunities.
