After service domain knowledge: Last 5 years in consumer electronics. I spent initial 8 yrs in manufacturing plant. Now with change in business model, most of the manufacturing is outsourced. Managing outsourced product quality gave lot of insights into overall operations. In addition, after service experience in retail segment, has helped improve my thinking from consumer's perspective. In addition, postgraduation diploma in Finance & Operations from SIBM through weekend classes helped me think and grow. I want my own identity in the chosen domain/field.
