Fundamentally, people want to go to work, excel in what they do, make a difference and be recognized for their accomplishments. As a forward-thinking Human Resource professional, effective in project and personnel management, employee and business satisfaction is what I keep at the forefront when making decisions and discovering opportunities to evolve both parties. What are the business needs? How can we satisfy them? Who are the key players and what do they need in order to succeed? These are all questions I am passionate about and eager to put answers to in the most creative and effective way possible. With experience in two different markets (Canada and Spain/Portugal) and a background in Business Communication, Project Management and Human Resources, my ideas and vision have been inspired by different approaches, and most importantly, PEOPLE. As a driven professional in this industry, there is nothing I love more than contributing to a positive workplace and a winning team!
