An impactful leader in the Customer Success, Product, and Delivery fields, with a strong technical background. Holds more than 5 years of leadership experience, 6 years of customer success and professional services experience, and 10+ of data, BI and embedded analytics experience. I’m greatly passionate about leading teams, listening, challenging, and being challenged. Through my time, I've led very diverse teams, from different locations, background, age and gender, with great and professional individuals and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have worked and learned from each of them. I'm also a true Data fanatic - I was fortunate to take part in the exciting involvement of the Data space during the last decade from different roles and points of view - As a BI Developer and Business Analyst in an international corporate, through a Customer Engineering type of roles for a BI product provider, to a Product Leader in the Metadata and Governance space in an early-stage startup. My last passion goes to the my work with Customers - building relationships, handling with difficult situations, and creating solutions that address a meaningful pain/need, or providing a new source of revenue. I have worked with all sorts of customers, from SMB to enterprise, across all verticals, both remote and onsite, anywhere in the globe. I have extensive experience working locally and internationally (4 years leaved and worked in New York) for large international corporations, mid-sizes organizations, and for early-stage startups. In each I've founded my way to significantly contribute to their growth.
