YPF VISION: The Young Professionals Forum is an energetic and dynamic non-racial and non-sexist organisation for young entrepreneurs, public and private sector employees. We seek to mobilize young people behind a common cause, transcending race, gender, culture, qualification, occupation and demographic differences. We are an incubator of change champions and leaders that want to contribute effectively to addressing challenges in education, unemployment, entrepreneurship and assisting in building state capacity in addressing youth issues. YPF MISSION The YPF’s mission is: •To build a strong and dynamic membership of young professionals who are dedicated to the plight of the South African youth •To be a positive influence on our peers •To create spaces for informative and robust engagement, with the members of our society •To find innovative ways to hold various stakeholders accountable for their responsibilities and contributions to a better life for all •To be pioneers in devising efficient and effective ways to realize the change we wish to observe in the world •To employ our youthful energy in our approach, allowing for a space to learn, build and grow with humility and respect •To contribute to the unifying of the African community, in the quest of unlocking Africa’s boundless potential
