I joined Tone District after graduated from University of Sussex in 2017, choosing this career wasn’t an easy decision to make. I had suffered failure in the first two months as a new wealth management manager, it was a tough time for me. Luckily, my mentor in Tone District guide me to overcome all the difficulties and lead me to achieved MDRT in Feb 2018. I am always grateful to my mentor, colleagues and myself. Tone gave me the opportunity to shine and I will do my best to be a star in return! Tone District is one of the most fast-growing district in AIA Group Limited. Tone was founded in 2015, in the past short period of time we were honored with Super Grand District consecutively for 2 years and achieved a record-breaking 100% of MDRT membership qualification in 2016. Moreover, we have 6 Top of the Table (TOT) members, and 9 Court of the Table (COT) members in 2017. Becoming an AIA wealth management manager is an ideal opportunity for young professionals who want to build a financial services business with attractive income, help others achieve financial security, and maintain a flexible schedule in life.
