In late 2010 he moved back to Indonesia after 9 years lived in New York City. He studied Fashion Illustration in Berlin Germany and in Florence Italy. Then he took a special cake decorating class with a world famous cake decorator "Colette Peters" from New York, filled with a strong desire to share, he has contributed various recipes to magazines, tabloids and television networks. He has also gained extensive as an enggaging instructor in Bangkok, Singapore and Malaysia.Despite his busy schedule, he always takes part in almost all of The Food and Bakery Exhibitions around the World. His specialty are Customized Wedding Cakes, Unique Birthday Cakes and Novelty Cakes. He is expanding his portfolio to set up a cooking school and a gourmet magazine in the near future.
