With good knowledge and experience, I am actively looking for a challenging and learning opportunity in the business strategy, development and planning with an effective focus on the analysis field which includes attention to detail, analytical, strategic, research-focused, commercial acumen, project management and planning, problem-solving and results-focused. I am a highly motivated graduate with a masters in business and management from the University of Waikato, New Zealand. The master's programme has given me a strong base of understanding in how to develop strategies and solutions in the business design, how to monitor, analyze and evaluate the data, and also how to apply effective planning, implement frameworks and follow processes to develop strategies and growth of the business. This has been built on a foundation of strong relationship management and customer service skills that were developed through my years of working experience and also given me the proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. My academic, self-learning and overall working experience have developed to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functionally with partners outside of the team to enable higher performance. The journey towards my goals has made my attitude as a results-driven achiever and effective team leader with exceptionally demonstrated interpersonal skills. The experience from the ups and downs prove me as an inspired and innovative self-starter and creative problem-solver who works hard and smart with an interest in seeking and accomplishing challenges in time. At heart, I am a matured individual who maintains the balance between responsibilities in life and self-rejuvenation. I like to meet new people from diverse culture and share experiences that enhances my personality.
