Yule Davids

I am a highly motivated, responsible, hardworking, conscientious researcher with more than twenty years’ experience in conducting large-scale research projects at senior level. I have a proven ability to meet deadlines, set budgets, effectively organize co-workers and increase productivity. I also have excellent organizational and client relationship skills gained through my project experience at all levels and with a wide range of government, non-government as well as private sector organisations. My highest qualification is a PhD in Political Science from Stellenbosch University. I have published extensively and also attended a number of national and international conferences. I am co-editor of the South African Social Attitudes 2nd Report: Reflections on the Age of Hope book published by the HSRC Press. I love boats and enjoy fishing with my two sons. In addition, I am also on the Board of the HSRC Pension Fund and a Member of the HSRC Research Ethics Committee.
