At Mondelez International led communications for the transformation projects in Eastern Europe (Russia, Turkey, Ukraine & Eurasia), managed communications and employer branding, was involved in special situations management for Ukraine and Eurasia across 12 countries (including 2 manufacturing facilities). Last role at Mondelez covered process excellence program communications for Mondelez Europe region. At PMI currently leading internal comms, people engagement across the Cluster Ukraine, Caucasus and Moldova, driving recognition and well-being activities, promoting employer brand through the PMI ambassadors program.
