Yumi Houmura

With over 10 years experience as a UX Researcher, Yumi has extensive experience project managing, planning and conducting user tests across a wide range of industries as well as providing direction to corporate and campaign websites for major clients from both domestic and international markets.As part of her day-to-day responsibilities, she is in charge of creating client proposals, moderating interviews for both in-lab and home visits and conducting expert reviews for both websites and mobile applications. She is also in charge of running educational usability-related workshops for internal teams.Yumi’s strengths include UX consultation and overall project management for domestic projects, ensuring that appropriate research methods are used to meet client goals, as well as making sure projects are completed on time and within budget.
