Yuri Yatskar

Yuri Yatskar is the Founder of Analytical Tools Inc. He is the principal architect of the Departmental Suite "Memphis" (1997 - 2000), the Departmental Suite 2000 (2000 - 2005) and the FlexIntel HCM Extension Suite (2006 - 2009).Mr. Yatskar spent 15 years with Analytical Tools Inc. serving as the Managing Director. Using his expertise in both business analysis and software architecture he led consulting teams in successful completion of dozens of application development projects for several Fortune 100 companies in the Health Care, Financial and Retail industries.Mr. Yatskar served as an assistant professor in the department of Technological Innovations at the Moscow Academy of National Economy during 1988 - 1991. He was one of few experts that served on the Strategic Economical Councils to the president of the Russian Republic, Boris Yeltsin (1990) and president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev (1990 - 1991).Mr. Yatskar holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Economics from the Moscow Academy of National Economy. He has more than 30 publications in several magazines and 3 books in the fields of computation algorithms, economical modeling and the theory of technological innovations.
