Yury Shpyntov

I have worked in the software testing industry for over 7 years, starting as a QA Engineer at Infotecs from December 2015 to May 2017. During this time, I performed manual and semi-automated testing of Android, Linux, and Windows applications, as well as integration and load testing. I also wrote scripts for partial test automation and created test plans and test cases. From June 2017 to May 2021, I worked at Rostelecom IT as a QA Lead, where I analyzed requirements, developed test plans and checklists, tested firmware for video surveillance cameras, and performed bug regression testing. I was also responsible for leading a distributed testing team, mentoring team members, conducting interviews, and optimizing the team's work. Currently, I am working at Sbermarket as a Senior QA Engineer PaaS since May 2021. My responsibilities include functional testing of development and monitoring tools, infrastructure solutions, and auxiliary utilities. I also develop automated tests using Python and integrate them with GitLab CI, perform code reviews of automated tests, optimize testing processes, and onboard and mentor new employees. Overall, I have extensive experience in manual and automated testing, creating test plans and test cases, mentoring team members, and optimizing testing processes. I possess strong programming skills in Python and have experience with Selenium Webdriver, Unittest, Pytest, and other testing tools.
