Yves Renard

Yves Renard works as an independent consultant in sustainable development policy and participatory natural resource management (programme evaluation, policy analysis, facilitation of policy formulation and participatory training exercises, and conduct of review and development processes within organisations involved in resource management and sustainable development). He has a particular interest and extensive experience in participatory approaches to natural resource governance and social development, and in the design of institutions that foster participation and empowerment. In addition to his work in environment and sustainable development, Yves Renard is also involved in cultural work and was a co-producer of the festival Jazz in the South in Saint Lucia.Specialties: participatory governance of natural resources, programme and project evaluation, strategic planning and institutional design for environmental organisations
