Yvette Dotson

Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated strategic business history of working in the management consulting industry for over 20 years. Strong leadership business development professional skilled in Business Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Planning. Ms. Dotson began her career in dentistry in 1991 with a certificate in Dental Assisting. She continued to expand her education and with her polished organizational skills and natural ability to lead, was quickly promoted to Office Manager. Soon thereafter, she joined a highly successful dental practice where, for the next 8 years, she increased her expertise to include practice management, marketing and team building. With a desire to do even more to help others, Yvette soon transitioned to a career as a consultant. She joined two of the nation’s top consulting companies and spent the next 5 years training and coaching dental practices. During this time she also planned and executed more than 150 seminars on topics ranging from business systems to team building to situational leadership training. Through an inspiring and transformational journey, Yvette left her successful consulting career to follow her life’s dharma. Ms. Dotson understands how limiting belief systems can either help or hinder the strategic business process. With that knowledge, she inspires her clients to gain a better understanding of the complexity of strategic business wellness leadership execution planning so that they may breakthrough to the next level, increase productivity, improve their business and bring balance to her client’s lives. Our intention is to help enhance the global wellbeing of client's and the communities we serve. Ms. Dotson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business health administration with a concentration in marketing. She is also a certified behavior analyst, certified cognitive behavior therapist, certified meditation coach and a certified wellness coach.
