An experienced agile Senior Business/Systems Analyst with a technical background in development as well as testing. She is educated with a BSc (Honours) Computing degree, an ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis, an ISEB Diploma in Systems Analysis & Design, and an ISEB Foundation (ISTQB) and Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing. She has extensive cross industry experience including Transport, Betting/Gaming, Financial Services, Postal Industry, Insurance, Government & Public Sector, and Agriculture, and specialises in eBusiness, workflow systems and web technologies. Her core skills include Agile RUP, scope definition and management, requirements analysis & definition, business process management, workshop facilitation, use case development, UML and BPMN, and workflow design. She is a driven, enthusiastic self starter who has excellent communication and client-facing skills, and can quickly build effective relationships with the client and her project teams.
