Yvonne Williams

Through my experiences as an exceptional business manager, I am adept at increasing company efficiency and enhancing the lives of others through effective communication, relationship building, customer service, and cross functional collaboration. While I led as a Program Coordinator and House Manager among other roles, I provided team and program support through performing day-to-day analysis and operation activities as a result of team management, innovation, and effective interpersonal and relationship building skills. Adjacently, my accomplishments in nonprofit management and client services experience gives definite tangibility to my ability to maintain a company brand presence and provide team leadership. Some of my accomplishments include evaluating employee performance and making recommendations related to performance improvement plans. Also, I have supervised residents in recreational activities both on site and off site. In order to promote academic excellence among young leaders, I have led weekly staff meetings to assist in case management of student concerns and oversaw students’ transition to full time employment with local companies. Notably, I harbor a can-do attitude and can communicate effectively, influence teams, diagnose issues, and develop business solutions. I also blend strategic thinking with hands-on practicality while working to develop and implement operational strategies.
