A passionate qualified Corporate Coach, with years of project management and Sales Operations background to provide leadership for a new generation of mobile workforce.Joining start-up companies or companies with start-up department was a norm in the past which improved my change management skills tremendously.Passionate, committed and driven are some adjectives that has been used to describe me. To me a job that is worth doing, is worth doing well!I am undaunted in the face of challenges and have managed large scale projects and implemented best practices & business processes in some of the best IT companies. For those who like to think out of the box, for me it would be “what box are you referring to?” I am undaunted and will ask the hard questions.I enjoy broad cross cultural exposure in most of my past jobs with some of the best IT and travel organisations. Contract management & training users has been part of my portfolio for some past jobs. I have helped set up Center of Excellence (CoE) and established a Governance structure to support and help drive the CoE Momentum for VMWare for the following Sales Operations processes : Sales forecasting, Pipeline Management and Opportunity Management.In my current role with Citrix, I am working to establish an in-house Team to support deal risk operations that will enable Citrix to scale their operations whilst ensuring compliance to internal policies and controls. I am very passionate about Coaching and is currently working towards a full accreditation as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach.
